Jean Fairchild is an NCCPA Board Certified Physician Assistant. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA) and is a fellow of the Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery (PAOS). She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. She received her Master’s degree in Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with honors.

Jean specializes in all facets of general orthopaedics, including fractures and joint injuries of the upper and lower extremity, along with all aspects of management of osteoarthritis and is experienced in providing treatment for these disorders in all age groups. In the operating room, she works alongside Dr. Nguyen as his surgical first assistant. She is trained in various outpatient procedures with a special interest in joint injections. Her thoughtful approach to orthopaedic medicine will be a key component of your therapy.
